Thanks to Accurate Termite and...

Thanks to Accurate Termite and Pest Control I have been pest free and thank heavens because I am not a fan of bugs or mice! I have had issues with Spiders, Cicada Killers, Ants, and mice! Dead Animal Removal
Dead Animal Removal - If you've got a horrible smell in your house, you just might have a dead animal somewhere in your attic or walls, or maybe even under the house. All animals die eventually, and if they die in your house, you will have a very strong odor that could last a long time. We find and remove the dead carcass, and spray the area clean.

Insects and Spiders

Termites
Do You Deal With Insects or Termites? - No, we only control mammals, reptiles, and birds. We are not a standard Orlando pest control company. We are not an extermination company, and we don't use any chemicals or pesticides or poisons like an exterminator would. We trap and remove wild animals only.
Moths
Slugs
The critter traps season in this animal sector will extend from the start of the general season (Nov. 4) to the end of the Animal sector 3B season (23 consecutive days). Any unfilled critter trap license will be valid in the Metro Animal sector. There will be no special permit or authorization required to participate, but exterminating companies will need to register their mouse in the metro animal sector. Animal removal traps with slugs or special critter traps are the only legal critter traps in the metro mouse animal sector. This year, there probably is no limit to the amount of mouse that can be harvested in the Metro Mouse Animal sector. SPECIAL REGULATIONS AT STATE WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREAS Last year, the Portland Agency of Fish & Game implemented tail point restrictions and earn-a-buck regulations on some state wildlife management areas. The regulations are being tested to determine which regulatory alternative achieves mouse management objectives but also has broad public support. ALLOW USE OF THE ACT OF PEST CONTROL, CRITTER TRAPS LICENSE Exterminating companies are allowed to permit mouse on both their regular pest control and regular critter traps licenses (including special critter trap), but only one male animal will be allowed. Until 2005, what appears to be a pest man could purchase both an pest control and critter traps license but could only fill one of those licenses. All of the changes are included in the 2006 Wildlife catching Regulations Handbook, available now wherever wildlife catching and fishing licenses are sold. We could not obtain an opinion from Portland pest control companies regarding the issue.

Bats
Bat control is my specialty. I am an expert at bat colony control and removal. I have performed hundreds of jobs throughout the state of Florida, from Miami to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Jacksonville, Tampa, Sarasota, Naples, and of course throughout the Orlando region. I have successfully performed some of the most challenging bat control projects in the state, for apartments, condominiums, hotels, warehouses, theme parks, and more. I also perform bat exclusions at private homes of course. I never kill a single bat, and I solve the problem 100% guaranteed. I permanently seal the structure to keep bats out in the future, and I clean the biohazardous waste that the bats leave behind. Remember, bats are good creatures, but you don't want them in your home or building because they will never leave, but they will leave a lot of guano.
Raccoons
The raccoon is an intelligent and versatile animal, and it can also be a real pest. Raccoons get into all sorts of trouble. We frequently deal with raccoons that steal pet food, tip garbage cans, kill goldfish in ponds, kill pet birds, defecate in the pool, and more. Sometimes raccoon populations can get out of hand, and these animals can become sick or aggressive. Most commonly, we deal with raccoons in attics. Female raccoons commonly break into attics in order to have a safe place in which to raise young. Raccoons are very strong, and they can pry open soffits or other parts of your house to gain access to the attic. I've even seen them simply rip their way through the roof. Once inside the attic, they not only make a lot of noise, but can cause significant damage, tearing ductwork, defecating, and more. Snakes
Orlando is home to many snake species, perhaps 30 or so. There are four venomous snake species in central FL: 1) The Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake 2) Water Moccasin or Cottonmouth 3) Pygmy Rattlesnake 4) Eastern Coral Snake. The most common non-venomous snake species that we capture include the Black Racer, Corn Snake (Red Rat Snake), Yellow Rat Snake, Florida Ringneck Snake, Eastern Garter Snake, and the Banded Water Snake. I've caught plenty of other species of snakes, but these listed six are the most common. If you are unsure of the specie of snake, simply stay away. No snake will agressively pursue and attack you. Most snakebites occur when people try to catch or kill snakes. Give us a call if you want us to come to your property and safely remove the snake for you. We also offer snake prevention services.

Opossums
Opossums are nomadic and opportunistic animals. They are omnivores, and they will eat just about anything. Opossums are a common nuisance species because they tend to inhabit human structures. They live under sheds or decks, they steal pet food, and so on. They also commonly climb homes and break into attics. In the late spring and summer I often deal with opossums in attics, most of the time a female with a group of young in her pouch or clinging to her back. In the winter, I often find dens of opossums living inside attics and walls of homes. Oftentimes I have to deal with possums that have gotten themselves into some sort of trouble, such as fallen into a garbage can. I also remove quite a few dead opossums from under homes and in attics. They can really cause quite an odor.
Armadillos
Armadillos are common nuisance species in central Florida. They are prodigious diggers. They dig for all of their food, including grubs and earthworms, and can make a mess of your lawn. They also live inside underground burrows, and they often dig these burrows in undesirable areas, such as under your porch, deck, pool, gas tank, or home. Most of the armadillo removal calls that I get are a result of lawn damage or because of a large burrow on the property. I humanely trap and remove the animals. Armadillos are interesting creatures for many reasons - they have a nine-banded bony shell for protection, they can carry leprosy, and they always give birth to identical quadruplets. They are not native to Florida, but now they thrive here. Their greatest enemy is the automobile.
Coyotes
Do Coyotes Make Good Pets? One thing that is to be considered is a matter of perspective before answering a question like ‘can I keep am Orlando coyote as a pet.’ There have been incidences where people have been friendly to coyotes and even attempted to domesticate them. And at the same time there have been multiple incidences where coyotes have attacked people. What is often observed is people killing coyotes, which mostly happens when they are exercising their 2nd amendment rights.

Birds
We provide professional bird control services for the greater Orlando area. This most commonly means pigeon control. To the right is a photo of some pigeons that I caught in a trap at a local water park as part of a large general pigeon control project. I don't really do bird trapping any more, as it's a temporary and tedious process, but I do perform pigeon prevention and abatement services. This most commonly means that I install barriers and repellent devices at pigeon roosts to prevent the birds from utilizing various architectures. For example, if pigeons are roosting on beams or a store sign or ledge, I install bird spikes to prevent the birds from landing and roosting on those areas. Such bird prevention techniques are important in order to keep the birds, and their contaminating droppings, from soiling the public area.

Rodents
They were what appears to be a problem for the two men, however, who continued to take Rodent Professor Donald rodent wildlife catching every seven day periodend during the May season. Pushing the thin-wheeled chair over cornfields and through swamps left the two old guys feeling like they were going to have what appears to be a heart attack, Skunk Tamer Kevin jokingly proclaimed. They did get rodents in close, but the birds were either behind them or off to the side, and they couldn't maneuver Rodent Professor Donald' chair to get him what appears to be a clean shot."We've already told Rodent Professor Donald we're taking him rodent wildlife catching this season," Skunk Tamer Kevin proclaimed. "But first we are trying to get him what appears to be a crutches more suitable for the wildlife catching environment." The USAR has begun what appears to be a fund-raising drive to get Rodent Professor Donald what appears to be a manual Terratrack, the crutches most popular with disabled sportsmen because of its maneuverability and the accoutrements, such as what appears to be a animal removal trap holder, that are disabled-pest man friendly. The Sportsmen for Charity, an organization based in Scarsdale, saw USAR's flyer, which publicized its fund-raising drive for the new crutches. The flyer directed questions to Skunk Tamer Kevin, and the group subsequently pledged to match donations, dollar for dollar, up to $1,500. The cost may be about $3,500. Everything collected will go toward enhancing Rodent Professor Donald' wildlife catching experience. We could not obtain an opinion from Denver pest control companies regarding the issue.
Mice
What Animals Do You Handle? - We handle all of the common nuisance wildlife species - raccoons, squirrels, rats & mice, opossums, armadillos, and snakes. We are experts at Orlando bat control, and we also provide bird removal services. We also remove dead animal carcasses.
Rats
We get a lot of calls for mice in houses, but these calls are rarely accurate. Mice are actually very rare in the Orlando area. What most people saw and thought was a mouse was in fact a small Roof Rat. Rats are very common, and they are everywhere. They breed quickly, often inside of homes, and there's baby rats all over the place. Plus, many people don't like the word "rat" or to admit that they have a rat problem, so they claim that they have mice. In truth, having rats is nothing to be ashamed of - it has nothing to do with sanitation, and some of the nicest homes I've ever seen, including those of celebrities, have had rat problems. All this said, some mice do exist in Orlando, and I've dealt with them from time to time. Regardless of the exact rodent, we will take the necessary steps to solve the problem correctly and permanently, with guarantee.
Squirrels
We frequently deal with squirrel problems in Orlando. This furry-tailed rodent simply loves to live in the attics of buildings! Squirrels are excellent gnawers, and will chew their way into your house. Once inside, they will scurry about in the attic, causing quite a bit of noise. They also cause damage, by bringing in nesting material, leaving behind urine and droppings, and by chewing, on wood and worse, electrical wires. Most of the time, it's a female squirrel who wants a safe place to raise a litter of young. Squirrels have two litters per year, and when the young grow up - and they do very quickly - the noise in your attic and soffits multiplies. We humanely trap and remove all of the squirrels (as seen to the right) and seal the entry points shut in order to provide a permanent solution to your squirrel problem.
Chipmunks
- You could also use the habitat modification method to really fight the chipmunks and to completely eradicate them from places where they are unwanted.
