Monument Builders Inc

I called to inquire an individual that worked there on Friday October 28, 2016. The lady that answered, stated that the person did not work there, and hung up the phone without allowing me an opportunity to explain or ask any questions. I called back again, and she answered the phone stating, "sir, you have the wrong number" and immediately hung up the phone. Again, I did not have an opportunity to explain. The customer service currently at Monument Builders Inc., is unacceptable! They need to put that lady through hospitality or customer service classes. The result: we went to another company for services to our hotels.
