I called them to do the job the second time before they did a pretty god one the first time. I certainly regret that decision because they refuse to take off the repairs and replacements that I had to make due to the damages their employees created and they claim that they employees never did such a thing. The woman who I talked to had the worst attitude that I've ever had to encounter. She claims that they company never received my check with the deduction of my expense in a envelope that I put 2 STAMPS on and when asked to talked to her boss, she refused to give me any contact to her boss. She said she will tell her boss, but I never heard anything back from them, even though she said she'd call me back, which never happened (I had to call her and she would says, "oh, I didn't call you back? And she did this a few times). Don't ever use this company, they not only have rue employees in the office but the ones cleaning the exhaust fans do not do much of a job either and need for someone to guide them (the long way) down the roof cuz he was scared to climb down the ladder.
