        I was putting up a used garage door and missing a part that nobody local sells. In desperation I called 2 other garage door companies, and all I got was "Nope can't help you". It was that "How dare you call with such a trivial request" type of response. WHEN I CALLED STEVE'S DOOR SERVICE i TALKED DIRECTLY TO STEVE. (I kinda sensed he was wrapping up his day.) But he listened to my request, understood what I needed, and then he said those magic words, "I might have what you need, call me back in five minutes". True to his word when I called he answered the phone. Steve had found a spare part! BOTTOM LINE He is a business owner who will take the time and effort to meet your needs.(Even if you are just a little guy)
