        CSI - Commercial Refrigeration Service CSI can provide service and repairs for all your commercial cooking, warewashing, refrigeration and H.V.A.C. equipment on short notice. Our trained technicians are on call around the clock. They carry a complete inventory of parts and specialized diagnostic equipment on their vans, enabling them to make repairs quickly and effectively, right on the spot. FSG - Facility Services Group The Facility Services Group offers internal and external cleaning and repair functions for your locations. These services include painting, flooring replacement, plumbing repair, cleaning and replacement, display walk-in shelving replacement and/or rearrangement, lighting, parking lot cleaning and re-striping along with any other services to keep the store looking great. PMP - Planned Maintenance Program We also offer a Planned Maintenance Program (PMP) that heads off costly equipment problems before they occur. The CSI PMP is a performance assurance policy that extends the life of your equipment, reduces your energy costs, minimizes your food waste and helps you accurately budget maintenance costs. There's no better way to keep your kitchen operating smoothly and at peak efficiency.

Kitchen Equipment. Roof Top Units. CSI Labor Rates are as follows and are subject to change without notice. Monday - Friday-8am-4pm Service Call charge = $99.00 (Charge is to have truck dispatched & includes up to 30 minutes of drive time) Labor Rate = $84.00/hour (Labor charged from time of arrival = truck in "P" until time of departure = truck in "D") Overtime & Saturday Service Call charge = $99.00 (Does not include travel time) Labor per hour = $126.00 (Point of dispatch to completion of job) Minimum = $220.00 Sunday & Holiday Service Call charge = $99.00 (Does not include travel time) Labor per hour = $168.00 (Point of dispatch to completion of job) Minimum = $262.00 (Point of dispatch, round trip)
