Been with wells realty for one yr and I knew that two months in I wasn't going to sign another lease. Courtney wells is a slum lord. We were great tenants never once were we late on our rent and he still treated us unprofessionally. His staff wasn't very courteous or mannerly....when I had to call for maintenance for plumbing he sent someone that had no idea of how to fix it. The person they sent told us they were only there as a favor to Lori. Needless to say our yr is up and I'm moving out.... Thank god. Will never do business with them again. Don't say I didn't warn you!!!!!
