Your not going to find everything you like about an apartment because there will always be downsides however these people are awful. Throughout the entirty of one year we constantly got 24 hours or less of notice for maintenence concerns. Getting anything fixed takes at least a month maybe longer. They don't handle concerns professionally. Jeanetta is the property "manager" talk about attitude and an underdog. They are cheap with everything they do and fix. When you move in chances of it being clean are slim however if you move out and it's not clean be prepared to lose your deposit for the maid they supposedly hire. The neighbors have had the cops called on them numerous times for smoking weed illegally and she does nothing. There is a 14 year old who smokes cigarettes and instead of calling the cops she just talked to the mother. They don't follow the laws and overall would NOT recommend this place. We currently have a lawyer for certain things that happened and the property manager is in for a big surprise.
