Total job time from the minute I called to signing the bill: 2 and a half hours. They sent a technician right away. He assessed the problem, retrieved the parts and installed them with no extra issues, run arounds, or any bs. Great job, "Fred". Kudos!

One stop plumbing came out the day after I called, replaced a piece of drain pipe to my shower causing a VERY slow drain. They replace my drain fitting all the way to the main sewage pipe, did it in > 3 hours and only charged ~$315. These guys are real professionals and they will be getting my future service. Two thumbs up!

My hot water heater broke while my husband was deployed (of course) & was doing some research on getting a new one installed, I read a good review about One Stop Plumbing & decided to call them after getting about 5 quotes. The highest was almost $2500. for the water heater (GE Brand) and install. And by the way GE & Whirlpool are the worst water heaters so I've learned. Anyway they came, on a SUNDAY to look at the area the water heater was located, (Nevie) and was very nice & professional. They were here the next morning replacing my 30 gallon with a 50 gallon tank and was the best pricing EVER!! He actually got the job done right & with no hassle. I would recommend for ANY AND ALL Plumbing issues!!!! Not only nice people, but do good work & don't rip you off! Honesty gets you a long way now a days!!!! And One Stop Plumbing is the way to go for sure!!!

With the purchase of my last house, as a foreclosure, I needed a complete plumbing makeover (new pipes, toilets, sinks, water heater, and water-purifying system). I chose One Stop Plumbing based on all the positive and commendable reviews on here, and I am grateful that I made that decision! The plumber was able to re-pipe the house first to make sure that we were able to use our water that same night, and he finished the remaining work in a short period of time. I was thoroughly impressed with the high-quality of work and the friendly, professional demeanor of the plumber. Initially, I had set aside a specific budget to spend on the project, but when I saw the invoice, I was happily surprised; all of the work done was priced so reasonably! I saved so much money, that I even decided to use the extra amount to put a jaccuzzi tub in the master bathroom a couple of weeks later. Thank you, One Stop Plumbing; I will definitely recommend you to all my friends, co-workers, and anyone else!

One Stop is awesome. Very friendly on the phone and in person. They called to tell me when they were on their way and arrived at the promised time. Fred told me the things he could try to remove the stuck hose, from the simplest to the last resort. He tried them in order, and thankfully he got the hose off before the last resort. :) Fred was very professional and friendly throughout, and the charges were very reasonable.



One Stop will be my first call if I ever need plumbing help again!

Mr. Sessoms OMG has so much patience. I asked him soooo many questions and he ws great. I didnt even feel bad when my bill came because the customer service was so outstanding. I called One Stop Plumbing for emergency service at approximately 7PM on a Saturday evening (before Easter). Fred arrived about 90 minutes later and had the problem fixed in under an hour. I was very impressed with One Stop Plumbing's/Fred's responsiveness and courteous service. In fact, I was so impressed that 'm having One Stop Plumbing return next week to do some more work.

If you need a plumber, I'm confident you'll be satisfied if you use this company.

We have used One Stop Plumbing twice now for our rental house. The first time we called them, they came out quickly and solved the problem without trying to get us to complete costly repairs that were not necessary. The next time we had a problem, we of course called them again and received the same no nonsense, straight to the problem service. Quick response time and solved the problem! Thanks One Stop Plumbing. While we always hope there won't be anymore plumbing problems, if there are we will call One Stop!

I had a leaking pipe that led to the need to replace my water heater. Unfortunately, I called another plumbing company (who boasts of a 10 minute response for emergency calls). This "other" company showed up 2 hours after my original "emergency" call; they were rude; and charged a huge fee. Then they quoted a ridiculous price to replace the water heater and do the job. I immediately began a search for a new company, and I was referred to One Stop Plumbing. The owner Nevie Sessoms was easily accessible. He came out to access my situation, and he took the time to explain the causes of my problem and how the problem could be fixed. His quote was more than half of the other company. When One Stop Plumbing came to my home to fix my water heater and replace the pipes, they worked past the normal hours of other companies. They also replaced some bad piping that another company had installed on my Apollo system. Mr. Sessoms was extremely profressional, helpful, and courteous. My only regret was not calling them sooner, but now I know that my first and only stop is One Stop Plumbing!

I had a very good experience with this company. My job wasn't an emergency, but I called one afternoon and they were there the next morning. The job was done quickly, neatly, and professionally, and the pricing was more than fair. I would use this company again and would recommend them to others.

A Single mother's cry for help- I had a broken water pipe under the slab on my house. The water flooded my kitchen and the back yard. The first plumber I called told me that they could not service my problem until the next day and instructed me to turn off the water. He also told me that he would have to send another company out to detect the leak (at my expense). He also told me that another company would have to come and repair the floor once he busted up the concrete slab (at my expense). I called One Stop Plumbing and was simply amazed. The plumber arrived within an hour of my call for help. The plumber from One Stop Plumbing was able to find the leak without calling another company (saved me a lot of money). One Stop Plumbing repaired the pipe and I have not had a problem since. Thanks One Stop Plumbing!

I am so digusted that I had not done business with this company prior to today. I have dealt with many other companies that have had to re-visit my home several times after they had completed work; only to re-do something that should have been done on the "first stop"! One Stop Plumbing Co. visitied my home this morning and I was able to ask as many questions as I needed to. (without hesitation)



The owner was very knowledgeable about my Apollo unit, he was personable, and he was patient with my willingness to learn about my plumbing problem. The fees and assessment of my problem were throughly explained to me in terms that I could understand! Mr. Sessoms (the owner) welcomed me into my own attic, where I had never stepped foot in the 10 years that I have been in my home. I now know what my unit looks like. (smile)

I've used One Stop Plumbing several times within the last year and have recommended the company to numerous family members, friends, and colleagues. The staff is always courteous & professional and arrives promptly for all service appointments. Further, in this economy, money is tight - to say the least! It's good to know that One Stop Plumbing offers highly competitive rates that won't break the bank, so to speak. I hate to have to call for service but when I do, I have the utmost confidence that the problem will be fixed promptly and, more importantly, properly the first time around!

One Stop Plumbing has by far given me the best plumbing service that I've had as a homeowner. My water heater had burst, and I called around to get the best prices. Roto-rooter and A-1 quoted me ridiculous prices! And, they did not have extended hours like One Stop Plumbing. I felt like I was talking to a huge corporation; they were impersonal and not willing to work with me. I called here, and the plumber was very friendly. He was able to come out to my house after I got off work (very convenient), and he explained everything to me as he went along. I felt less like a customer and more like a human being (unlike most places). It was good, AFFORDABLE quality service. I would recommend them to anyone that prefers excellent customer service, affordable prices, and flexible hours.
