I always enjoy coming in and having maintenance done on my vehicle's. Jackie the service manager is always polite efficient and effective in all her duties and it is a pleasure to come in for service. They treat me like family. ~DJ~

Provided by SuperpagesI was a long time customer of automotive authority, I have been getting my cars inspected their for the past 5 years or so. This last time I went I guess it was collections time of the month. One of the receptionist was call customer and leave nasty sounding messages and talk with the other receptionist about how long and how much other customer owed. And as if that was not enough the mechanic did not pass my car. They didn't know that I had recently had a full check up at the dealer. And I knew my car was in top condition. So I went to the next car inspection place and they pass me without a problem. So I think they were just trying to make more business for themselves. I am never going back.
I own an 03 mitsubishi and took it to Automotive Authority for service. They were friendly and honest and made me feel comfortable and "at home". While I waited, they took care of my oil change, my state inspection, and my engine light problem quickly and accurately (I havent had a problem since then). Thank you Automotive Authority for the service that you gave me.

They understood that this was my only means of transportation and provided me a quick turn around. Would go back for ALL my auto work.
