Arctic Heating & Cooling Services

It looks as though my experience with Arctic Heating and Cooling mimics many others when it comes to their TERRIBLE customer service. Not only is the issue in my home still occurring after 3 visits and almost a month of this, the attitude from Liz, the receptionist was appalling. I let her supervisor know the way I was spoken to and that a review on how Liz spoke to me would be written. Once I got off the call with Kimmy, the supervisor, I got another call from Ryan who said he is the owner and that they will not be at our house to continue the work because I said I was going to write a negative review about Liz. He said "You are just the tenant, not the owner so we don't even need to speak to you" then straight up hung the phone up on me. Now, I understand why there are so many negative reviews for customer service for this company. If the owner, who is supposed to lead his team does it, his employees will follow suit..which they have done. Please, if you have other options, do not give this one your business. You will not be pleased. PS. My ceiling ac is still leaking

Assigned this company to service HVAC through American Home Shield. Not timely on calling to make appointment. 10 days after their service call, the EXACT same issue reoccurred. Upon inspection of HVAC unit the component they claimed to have replaced is still the original. No actual fix was made. Called AHS, who contacted Artic in regards to defective service. Artic representative Ryan wanted to know why this was an emergent issue and they were being contacted on a Sunday. Maybe because you didn't fix it the FIRST time Ryan! Instead you defrauded AHS and myself. AHS is assigning another company to actually come fix the problem now, meanwhile my family freezes while its 30 degrees outside. Reporting this company to BBB and every review I can find. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
