Unlike their competitors, the technician from A-1 actually trouble shot my system instead of just checking the pressure and saying, "The compressor needs to be changed." The A-1 technician performed diagnostic checks on the electrical system, checked for leaks, verified the pressure was within limits and took the time to explain why it had stopped cooling. As it turns out the compressor was fine... the dual capacitor was failing and A-1 doesn't have flat rates for every service. Always get a second or third opinion!
