Overall

Kudos. Purchased a $150 Power Washing for $79 on Living Social and schedule an appointment. No one showed up, no call or Email, NOTHING! Now I have to see if I can get my money back from Living Social. Class Action Lawsuit anyone??? I hate rating this sham business with even 1 Star. Is there a zero Star rating???

Purchased a home power-wash voucher from livingsocial on Aug 26, 2013. Got an email order confirmation and when I went to schedule the appointment, it said the earliest available date was Dec 4th. I scheduled the appointment and received email confirmation of the date, time and the name of the tech. Almost 2 months later (Oct 18th) I received an email from livingsocial telling me the appointment was cancelled (no reason given) and instructed me to claim a refund on their website. I tried calling Ashley's Home Care many times but only get a recording. Not very professional if you ask me.

Ashley's Home care is awful. Paid for the pressure washing on Living Social. Appointment was several months out. They emailed a confirmation several days in advance. The appointment was in the morning. No one showed all day. They do not respond to phone calls and messages. Web page does not have a way to reach them other then the phone which is not answered.

Had an appointment scheduled two months in advance. They never showed up or called. Calls to the Business phone only gets voice mail and no return call. Avoid this company at all cost.

Bad business people. Had an appointment 1 month in advance. They confirmed with an email the day before the appointment. They never showed and never called. Good luck if you hire them.

I have had the worst experience with Ashley’s Home Care. We purchased a Living Social deal and I had a confirmed date of September 4, 2013 for a power washing at 11am. At 1:15pm I called and said it was past the two hours that they give you to show up. They said there was a problem with the machine and that they’d call back that night so we could reschedule. Didn’t get a call. I called several times trying to get a person on the line for the past several days. Then I went online September 23, 2013 to schedule my appointment and stressed that I would like to speak to a person as to why they didn’t get back me and why I had to schedule myself online. And now I have an appointment for MARCH 12, which is the earliest I could get it. This is ridiculous. I’m going to call Living Social and see if they can do anything about this. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT.

Horrible company. I bought a deal on Amazon Local for powerwashing. I called multiple times to confirm my appointment and always got a voicemail. No one ever returned my calls. I got an email reminder the day before my scheduled appointment and I took a vacation day to be home when they were scheduled to do my appointment. They never showed up. Not one of my calls even after they stood me up was ever returned. They have an F rating on Angie's List and if you look at the FILTERED reviews on Yelp, there are LOTS of people who this company stood up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Thank God Amazon refunded me my money.

After Amazon cancelled the deal, I called and Ashley's confirmed that they were still keeping my appointment. I received an email the day before confirming my appointment. They never showed up and never called. My calls still go unanswered. Wasted a vacation day. They give contractors a bad name!
