Santangelo Salon, Spa & Clinic

My first appointment rescheduled . That appointment was cancelled due to the stylist sick and no room that week to reschedule . I called mid week and was told the appointments were just booked . I was never given an opportunity to be put on a cancellation list . I don't know if they even have one . I finally get in and was asked by the stylist what I booked for . I told her a cut color and highlight . She responded by they had me down for a root touch up . She told me she had someone else booked at such and such time . At that point I was ready to walk out but she found someone to cover for the other person . I explained how I wanted my hair . At the end it was not what I expected . My bangs were uneven and I told her and pointed it out . My highlights were just a big blob on top of my head that she tried to fix by putting low lights in . I thought with the lighting and if I styled it when I get home it will be different . It's not !! I called and spoke to Vicky the GM. and found she was so unprofessional accused me of harassing . I was so taken back . She offered to refund my money which is great because I have to now pay someone to fix the orange colored highlights in my hair . It's been over a week and I haven't received anything . I will never ever recommend this salon to anyone .

I thought I'd try something new for fall-- a little coloring... I chose a beautiful shade of reddish brown, and the girl who did, Cyndi, did a fantastic job. She was also very pleasant. I'll be going back!
