Statewide Siding Supply

Called these guys and made an appointment for them to come give us a quote for 4-30-16 at 3:30pm. I specifically asked if they do jobs in Chickamauga and was assured that they do. An hour before the appointment, they called and said they would be here between 4:30-5pm because they were running behind so we reschedueld as we had Saturday night plans and this takes a couple of hours. They said they would come on 5-6-16 at 4:30pm. At 5:15pm nobody had shown up or called so I called to find our if they were still coming as we had tidied up the house and made arrangements for both my husband and I to be here for this appointment. The owner answered the phone and when I asked if they were still coming, he said nope. He then proceeded to say that we are too far away in Chickamauga for them to come all this way to us. No apology, just told us nope they weren't coming and hung up. What?! What terrible customer service! A waste of a Saturday afternoon and Friday evening.
