Doctors Express - Gunbarrel

This office has always been there when I need it. I can never get into my primary doctor's office when I am sick, so this place has definitely been a lifesaver! Great doctors and professional staff. I highly recommend it!

I don't know where April and Jason went but it most certainly was not the same Doctor's Express on Gunbarrel that I went to. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was as well. He diagnosed my problem and the sent the prescription to my pharmacy. All in all it was more than acceptable experience. I will definitely go there again.

Will never go back to this place!!! It was a horrible experience, I don't even know where to begin, but I would not advise going here to anyone. I'd have to def say, the worst part of the whole visit, was the manner of the doctor. He shows no care, compassion, or skill whatsoever. He doesn't hide the fact that he's in a hurry to get out of there either. My 5 year old was being seen, and was scared, as are most young children when visiting the doctor, and this doctor was very harsh in his manner towards my son, which ofcourse, made it worse. Needless to say he mis-diagnosed my son's

illness with sinusitis, and my son was at his regular doctor the following Monday, being correctly diagnosed and was put on antibiotics immediately. I knew he needed to be on them, but was told at Doctors Express he didn't. Don't waste your time please!

I went in for severe back pain. I suffer from severe back pain always have but first off the first nurse was very nice then when I finally got into a room another nurse who seemed to not want to be there came in and told me the first lie about how they had to do xrays of my back before they could refer me to get an MRI. I know that's a lie bc my dad just went to a different Urgent Care and they immediatley sent him to the hospital to get one. That was step one of them taking advantage of me and lying. Next after an hour of the whole taking xrays I finally met the doctor for a total of 2 mins while he said I have some issues with my back and to do yoga. Then when asked to be calles in some pain meds while trying to adapt to working out my muscles and back I was told they do not prescribe or shall I say they are not aloud to prescribe pain meds for chronic back pain! What!?! Really? What a bunch of bull!! So I am out a copay xray bill that I will be receiving and not one step closer to healing relief or fixing what's wrong. If I were you save your money and DO NOT even attempt to try them. Go to Urgent Care Family Medicine. Dr. Orme is a nice kind caring loving Godly man who is there to help you fix what's wrong. Very skilled and trainned for all sorts of medical problems.
