Auto Glass Now

do not believe these good postings on here. there lorrie the customer rep puting them on here to fool people. they do a really bad job. there installer does not have any experience. ask the installer for a certificate. they dont have one. and when they mess something up its your fault



this is one of the worst glass companys ever. they messed up my car torn up my dash loose molding and missing screws

I had a windshield installed. After multiple returns to get fixed it still leaks. I will never use this company again. Seems like they have a high turn over rate in their employees, and no stability in their policies. I didn't make the windshield leak yet it seems I'm being treated like I did.

Glass Masters did a great job with my window replacement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, professional installation.

I had a very good experiece with Glass Masters on Lee Highway in Chattanooga TN. A crack appeared in my windshield on my way to work. I called them and explained my difficulty. Lorrie, the customer service rep, was able to schedule service that very day. it only took an hour, and the price was much lower than I would have expected. Tate was the technician, and he did a wonderful job. I am pleased with their service, and i would go back again if I ever have the same problem

My dealings with this establishment was one of the worst expeirence in my life!!!!!

I had my Hummers windshield repaced so many different times by this place that I was begging for the cracked one to be put back in!!

I wasted many hours of my time waiting, while they pretended to replace or to repair while in my opinion they were most likely sitting and laughing about how many times that they could have me come back.

It finally got to the point that it was no longer worth my time to waste my time with them.

I still have the problem that wasn't even there to begin with.

The only problem to begin with was a small crack barely even noticable. It now is a windshield that lets all the sounds of the world around the vehicle come inside. IT WAS NOT LIKE THIS BEFORE!!!!! Beware they either pretend not to hear it when you have to drive their employees around inside your vehicle which of course adds to the time your wasting they tell the office managers that its road noise.

Of course once you get to talk to someone who claims to be of importance and states that they can take care of the problem, they do not do what they say they will!!!!! When you remind them of what they said they claim not to have said it ( even though you have it recorded because they have been running you around for nearly a month !!! ) I am only telling of my dealings with this establishment and hope to prevent someonelse from making the mistake that I made.

I am amazed on how great this guys are, not only do I consider that I got a bargain for my glass but they were the nicest business people I dealt with. As soon as I walked through the door they were so attentive and made my wait seemed like just minutes. They were able to answer every single I had with out giving me the run around. They were specific on what needed to be done to the window and very kind by offering me and other customers coffee.
