I have a couple of reasons why I chose to go with this client. For example one the lady that I spoke to over the phone was very nice and really took her time to explain to me how their company worked and what kind if process of cleaning they used. #2. The tech came out on time I even got a courtesy call letting me know they were about 20 minutes out. Gave me enough time to get home from the store. #3. before starting the work they were able to give me my set price for the work that would be done in my home. I mean this company can do no wrong in my eyes.



It took them about two hours to clean my whole house they left not one inch of my carpets untouched. they cleaned thoroughly and deeply. thanks a lot for all the hard work that was put into making my carpets look like new. yeah I am not exaggerating like new!

They came to pick up my area rugs, and was able to deliver them within a six day period. They left dirty and smelly and they were brought back clean and no smell.. thanks so much for it all. it was the best of the best

I called this company because they were local and I was to lazy to find any other company lol. anyway. I was very happy with the dispatcher she provided all the info I wanted to know and gave me a rough estimate over the phone. she was very sweet. they finally came to my home that same day. i wasn't prepared to have them that soon. but I wanted to get it over with.. the tech scoped out my carpet, took measurements of all the rooms and performed a couple of test to show me exactly what my carpet needed. and load behold before I knew it the carpet looked cleaner than ever. and they were done. it dried within the five hour period they said it would have. this company does the job right.
