Piedmont Pediatrics

I called this office this am concerned that my daughter may have a dental emergency. The receptionist was unconcerned and more interested in telling me that since my daughter had not been to the office before, we would have to wait 3 weeks to get an initial appointment and then longer to get the problem taken care of - even though it may be an emergency. She also recited me the rules of the office, parents can't go in examination, can't miss appointments etc. It wasn't that the office was busy or has rules that turned me off, rather the unkind, not helpful tone.
