I was excited for my first appointment with Tara. The day prior to my appointment, it was canceled, for a legitimate reason. However, she made me feel like I, or my time was not important by making multiple false promises to call me in reference to a new appointment date. She found time to post on Instagram and Facebook but not correspond with a first time potential, regular client? Yes she does good work but it seems she has lost site of good customer service and professionalism. Also, don't make your clients feel like one client is more important than the other. Remaining humble is key.

I recently got my hair done there and called to make a new appt for a touch up. It said to txt her on the shops fb page. I texted a few times with no reply then finally got a reply saying ill text you back tomorrow to see when I have an opening. That was 4 days ago and haven't heard back. If I spent over 200 bucks the least you can do is call a customer back. VERY unprofessional. Guess ill take my hard earned money somewhere else. The weave shop charges 50 and you get pretty much the same results.
