Came highly recommended. Very disappointing and stressful experience. I called to request security for an overnight. I left a message with the "Captain". No call back. I called and spoke to a woman, who took my information-no call back. Called again, talked to a different woman gave information-no call back. Called again talked to both a woman and a man who assured me someone would call me that afternoon as I needed security the following evening.I started this process a week prior mind you.The morning of the day I needed the overnight security I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes and then disconnected. I called back-put on hold and again disconnected after another lengthy hold. When the woman called me back she said I would get a call later that day by the time I specified for the overnight. Of course, I got no phone call. So now I have no overnight security because I wasn't given enough time to line up any other company. Seems to me these people knew good and damn well they were having a difficult time lining someone up and yet they failed to present anything other than a positive picture. They should have told me they couldn't help me. I was left in the lurch with no coverage and it's a wonder I slept that night while my property was unsecured. Very bad business model, poor judgement, and very poor business ethics. NO ONE SHOULD TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

The website depicts all this elaborate training and service they provide such as executive protection and federal asset protection.. its also a joke, they follow a fema convoy 2 times and they now seem like top dogs in the industry.. they cant even afford new vehicles for there people much less commit to providing service.. its all about the image not the quality for them!

They dont provide the agreed upon service, officers continuosly leave the contract if they get bored, they lie about the reports they submit. They allow people to work for them that have no moral compass or ethics,.... they portay themselves as police officers when in fact they dont have but 2 between charlotte and wilmington! Management has no clue on how to treat its employees or clients and i would recommend no one use there service.. clown cops is what they are and its a joke!

I was made aware today about leaving a review by email. I will use this page more often. I can say that Metro has served me well since I started using them a couple years ago. I could not be happier with my level of service.
