        I brought 15 shirts to them an...

        I brought 15 shirts to them and four of them came back cut/torn in the exact same spot (on the arm). The owner said it was normal wear and tear and they refused to reimburse me anything for the shirts. Owner is obviously not concerned about doing the right thing for his customers.
