        Overall

        My window regulator broke about a year ago. It has broke three times since then due to their lack of expertise in fixing automotive problems. When they installed the regulator the first time, they clipped a ground wire that controls the radio and power windows. They said they won't fix the wire that they clipped because "they don't do those kind of things". When they ordered my regulator today they told me to go and they will call me when it arrives. 5 hours passed and I decided on calling them. When I spoke to the manager, he lied to me and said "oh I was just about to call you, the party just arrived a minute ago". The only time I come here is when something is wrong with the window because they do it free since they mess up every time. I would not go here for anything else because I don't want my car wise than it was before I brought it here.
