        Unqualified & Unprofessional

        Unprofessional. The phone rings forever before you get an answer and they dont return phone calls. It soo long to get a problem fixed after they fixed it... that I had to hire another person to help me.



        DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

        RUDE!!!!

        I had the pleasure of speaking to the woman that answers the phone. After she interrupted me several times, finished my statements and became defensive when I tried to complete my thoughts... I would NOT recommend them. Therefore, if you want cheap, RUDE, non-professionals working at your home or business then call them. I rather pay money for great customer service and individuals that know how to conduct themselves like professional adults.
