        Overall

        Went to look at bed mattress and box spring. Also went to RTG. Fount similar items with power raise head, foot and message at both but priced at beween $500.00 and $1000.00 I higher. Sorry but RTG won this time.

        Not impressed.

        When you're i the store, customer service skills are okay. However when you call, feel lucky if someone actually answers the phone. And if they do, feel even more lucky if they're actually nice to you!
