We knew we were going to be in some amount of trouble with beige carpets in our new house, but greatly underestimated what a 100lb dog and three kids could do! My wife was going through reviews, trying to find a professional in what appears to be a saturated market in Charlotte... she had decision paralysis from the number of choices. I booked Absolute Resurface from their website (A huge plus for me, since I was on the road at the time) and we are just FLOORED (No pun intended) with the results. A literal night-and-day difference- the carpets look better now than when we bought the house 18 months ago. Could not be more pleased. Eric has cleaned our carpets and removed spots that other companies couldn't get clean, as well as our sofas. He tailors his type of cleaning to each individual need. He's meticulous and a perfectionist and leaves your home spotless. I can't recommend him enough.

I'm very allergic, so I clean part of my house every week and my entire house every 3 months. I've used a few different companies before, including the big franchise name ones, I was never totally happy. This time I have found the right one! Eric, his helper and his wife, came in a very short notice, they were very polite, honest, knowledgeable, very helpful and best of all they done an outstanding job, just like his advertise says. Everything came out better then I expected, the price was fair and more important it dried very fast.
