What kind of Public Service does not have any sort of online capabilities?! No wonder everyone on the planet thinks West Virginia is slow on technology! STAY AWAY! If you are a service member like me and are deployed, then expect to have your utilities shut off because "they need you in person to go in and pay your bill (you can also mail your bill in with payment, but hey getting a bill to Northern Afghanistan takes two weeks at least so good luck with that)" because paying online through a login portal would be way to much to ask for in 2014!!! If I could give negative stars I would! I will be letting all future West Virginia bound soldiers, sailors, marines, airmen, and coast guardsmen to stay away from this wretched, worthless two bit hack of a utility company!

I would actually live somewhere else just so you don't have to have this sewer service!! Their bills are so small they get lost in the mail all the time. I would walk in to pay my bill and every time I did there would be customers complaining about how they didn't get the bill. I moved, called in and gave them my forwarding address and asked the close the account; well they got the close account part but not the forwarding address, really? Yet, they will hit you with that late charge every time. Good job people that work there!! good job
