Kanawha City Coin Laundry

Horrible service, I've been going there since they opened up and there's one worker ( not mentioning names) always bullies me, my older sister and my elderly mother. We've down nothing to the worker, we bring in a lot of service to the place, but will NOT be returning if this keeps going. VERY VERY unprofessional, they need a better worker than that person, they should be FIRED.

Comfortable clean convenient and reasonably priced i washed 3 loads for 4.75 and dried for 2.00. Can't get better than that with out owning your own.!☆☆

If the machines were actually in working order, it probably wouldn't be too bad. Why have a laundromat where half the machines are always out of order? Ridiculous.

Super over-priced laundromat with exceptionally poor maintenance. Lots of washes and dryer with "out of order" signs, the promised free WiFe doesn't work, TV's are turned off. This business is located in a low-come area, but the cheapest washer costs nearly $5.00! $1.75 for dryer.

I have been coming to this laundry Matt since it first open and I have always liked doing laundry here !! Cons: washers and dryers are "out of order" a lot !! Other than that it's a nice facility!!

Sure they have a nice tv but that cost is passed on too consumers via the highest cost machines I've ever seen. Just a bunch of empty, unutilzed, yet needed extra space. Area between machines and to fold laundry are limited and cramped to the extreme. There are 3 cats in which consumers hog and virtually no space to fold clothes. The smallest machines (which are still huge front loaders) are almost all out of order, forcing people to use the larger, more expensive ones. Machines are extremely difficult to use!!!! There is little flexibility in settings. The places to pour the detergent are too high for me to reach (i am 5'4"). Quarters must be inserted one by one in all machines which is a pain considering they all run about seven dollars. And the wifi password posted on the wall doesn't even work HA

The CLEANEST one i have ever been in!!!! nice size washers and dryers, pretty good prices
