O'Reilly Auto Parts

Twice I've had bad experiences at this location, which is unfortunate since I've been an O'Reilly customer for over a decade. The first bad experience was them pulling a set of jack stands off the shelf for me. The box was dinged up but I was in a hurry and purchased them. When I got home, there was only one complete jackstand. I suspect that the jackstands were previously returned due to the condition of the box and were put back on the shelf without being properly inspected. A huge waste of time.

The second episode was getting a warranty replacement for an idle solenoid. At first, calling it in to get another ordered was pretty easy. When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find the order in the system but after looking around back and asking the other employees, they found it. I went on my way. Fast forward about a month, the $200 replaced part breaks again. I call again about getting another warranty replacement but I'm told the invoice has already be closed out or something to that effect and they are telling me that nothing can be done. That's two defective parts in two months and the store seems to be trying NOT to help me. Off the top of my head, I've spent 3-5 thousand dollars at O'Reilly auto parts over my years as a customer and this is seriously disappointing. I will not return to this store and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
