Like the previous customer, I had a problem with the carpet cleaning. it took 4 days for the carpet to dry and did not look much better. I then decided to put laminate flooring down, which they said they did and offered a lifetime workmanship guarantee.



It took them about 4 days to do the job that they said could be done in a day. They showed up at different times and worked until 11 pm one night. They worked hard, but don't think they were true professionals. I called them back to correct a problem with some gaps in the board and an edge or two coming up. They showed up the next day and told me the floors were installed correctly and that it was :material defect. and it was not their problem. They had their money and that was all they cared about.



I still have the problem and no money left to fix their work.

Affordable Services Carpet Cleaning totally ripped me off! They did not do a professional job and left the carpet in the way it was before they started with the exception of the pretreater. It looked the same an smelled the same. I'd tell my best friend and even someone I didn't like so much to go elsewhere to get their carpets cleaned.
