Kams Taxi

I called "Blue Cap of Charles Town" and waited for 2 hours and no one showed up (called multiple times, verified address, got crappy service) THEN I CALLED KAMS, and they got here in exactly 7 minutes!!!!!

All that I can say is..This company better pray that the antiquated laws regarding the creation of taxi services in WV NEVER change. If they do, This retched assed, unprofessional, un-motivated excuse for a transportation company will fold exponentially. Look that one up....Ya-HOOS. :-(

This is the most PISS-POOR raggedy operation that I have EVER had the misfortune of calling. How this garbage is still in operation is completely unknown to me. I HATE THIS COMPANY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT FECES LET ALONE PEOPLE. You would better off crawling than contacting this good for nothing assed company!

Terrible customer service i would never recommend this place

Crooks! This company said we were going to get a good price with them when he picked us. When we said another cab company charged us $20 for the distance we needed he said "you are getting f*****"(I know...professional right!?) When he dropped us off the meter actually said less than $20 but still charged us $20 plus some. I also feared for my life with his reaching for the phone and distracted driving, it had me holding tightly to my seat. Highly unprofessional with his vulgar language. Hes throwing other cab companies under the bus? Not sure why...horrible service!

COMPLETELY HORRIBLE. The one time that I NEEDED a taxi and the driver refused to pick up at Walmart of all places because there was traffic. SO WHAT! The driver is being paid for his time. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The driver advised that the fair needed to walk through a sea of over 500 vehicles to meet him on Patrick Henry Way for a 10 PM pickup. Instead of the bum a@@ driver picking the fair up safely at the front doors. NEVER AGAIN! I had to practically beg the driver to pick up the fair (my wife) at the front doors of the store so that she would not have to walk through the parking area. Will be reporting to the county commission or whatever regulatory agency for Jefferson County first thing next business day!!!!!

would highly recommend this company..they offer fast service with clean cars and friendly drivers..have always been right there when i needed them!!
