        Needed a hot water heater replaced. Unfortunately I had to work with First American Home Warranty (con artist) who only gave me the choice of Brick St. Construction. The technicians for Brick St. are top rate and very pleasant to work with. The office however takes a long time to get through too and answer the phone, and they don't have much if any empathy for your situation. I worked with Kenny to diagnose the water heater problem and Mark Albright to do the repair/replacement of my hot water heater. Both Kenny and Mark Albright were very helpful.
