We purchased a German made Sebo Flex about 4 weeks ago and have used it enough now to decide the pluses and minuses. It is a high end vacuum that Vacuum Cleaner Hospital just started carrying. Pluses are: it is like a canister / upright combined, extremely easy to carry. It has variable speed suction controlled by a thumb switch on the handle and is great for vacuuming blinds and curtains so you don't suck them off the wall! It can lie down perfectly flat and go all the way under the beds. It has a detachable power head with a beater bar that can be removed and cleaned of pet hair or entangled thread in about 30 seconds. A big selling point for us as Randy demonstrated it. It has another head designed for hardwood floors that really does the job. No minuses yet. Full warranty and VCH is a Warranty Center so big local advantage.

Great customer service, knowledgeable about every aspect of vacuums -we were looking for a vacuum that would work on carpet and hardwood floors. They made our shopping experience a pleasure. And they're nice!
