A+ company. I am constantly going to different areas of North Carolina, so finding a few stable locations to work in was a priority. Louise Beck helped me find locations that suited my needs. I only hope that this company expands beyond NC in case I move haha.

My girlfriend and I tried to search for a place using other companies, but just couldn’t find one that offered the level of respect and customer care that I require. When our friend recommended Louise Beck because of her experiences, I was still very skeptical. I’m sure you can already guess by my Five Star rating, but of course I was proven completely wrong- something I often do not admit but this time I am happy too. Beck was extremely reliable, I dealt with the same people throughout my whole process so they knew who I was, and they got us the place we needed. That’s all there is to it.

Several months ago after Hurricane Matthew came through the area, there was a ton of debris in my yard, as well large tree limbs blocking my car from leaving the driveway. I'm sure with the number of properties they manage, LBP had other issues to deal with, however they made me feel like my situation was priority A. The sign of a well run company in my opinion.

We first signed on with one of their properties purely out of a sense of caution. We were moving from 1800 miles away and were wary of leasing from an individual. From the very beginning they have always returned our calls and emails promptly, all maintenance request were handled in a timely manner. When our homeowners decided to sell, Lynne and the team at Louise Beck were able to turn what was turning out to be a frustrating home search into a fully executed lease on a new property in 2 days. 2 days!! Sure, we were already in their system, but they ironed out all the details with efficiency that was more than impressive.
Until we decide to buy a home, our plan is to stay with Louise Beck Properties.
