Tim and Eric from aptive showed up on time and performed the initial treatment very quickly but also very thoroughly. They took the time to listen to all my concerns and addressed all my concerns during the visit. They were very professional.

My first service with Aptive was last week. Ashley & Jonathan came to my residence to apply their first treatment and remove spider webs and wasp nests. I had several of both, which was interesting considering I already had HomeTeam service about a month or two before that. I also mentioned a high wasp next to my HomeTeam provider and he was supposed to return to remove it. The nest is still there and Aptive said they would remove it during my 30 day service check as their pole was not long enough and the nest did not appear to be active. They were very professional, giving me a very thorough overview of the services I would be getting, and also came and discussed with me what they saw and removed. I am eager to see how they continue service, and Ashley & Jonathan were very easy to work with.

Thank you for sending your very skilled and professional salesperson yesterday who convinced me that I was missing out by not having your company perform this service for our home and giving me such a better than we already had with another company.

And I especially want to praise Andrew for his incredible knowledge of his craft, his friendly and open attitude and professionalism when it came to performing his work. I've never experienced a pest control company like this. He even found an ant colony beginning to form that we walk past everyday and never noticed. He handled it like a boss! Great job hiring these two young men. Look forward to our year of business with you.
