They're the best most caring I've ever seen. What's the matter guys? They ask you to pay your rent on time?

By far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Everything while living in the contract was great with repairs etc. Come time to move out and get your deposit back...it wont happen, they have multiple claims on every social media outlet saying they will charge you for a pet even if you did NOT have one, they have multiple claims stating that blinds, carpet, toilets, baseboards, and walls were destroyed when they were not!



When moving into the property they managed, the sales associate could not answer any questions as she had no idea about anything other than herself, she actually had to hand clean the toilet as we were doing the walk through!



Do not go to this company for anything! They will rob you!

To keep this short and simple...take your business elsewhere!

If you are looking for a property management company, keep looking. This company made many promises and did not follow up on them unless we kept up on them and held them accountable (even so, some promises still were left undone). After speaking with the manager of the company, our concerns about the person holding our account seemed to be ignored and not taken seriously. If we would have read a review like this one about the company, we would have gladly given our money to people who actually know how to manage a property professionally.
