Flores Landscaping

Took our money and ran. Avoid using Flores Landscaping & Maintenance @ (480) 335-9075. We've dealt with the owner, Hector Flores, on separate jobs and so imagine our surprise when after taking our money he stopped showing up at the current job. Left us high and dry. This after weeks of pursuing us to bid for the job as he'd recently worked with us on another project.

After days of being strung along via text & phone call with promises of his returning to finish, we finally realized he wasn't coming back. We'd overpaid him, but I'm just glad we hadn't paid him all the money as he'd requested. This guy wouldn't even do us the decency taking 2 minutes to call the nursery we'd reserved plants at so we could get the discount he would have been using. Keep in mind we'd just given him $800 for trees and plants. And no plants. Not a single one.

We're now forced to clean up a mess and order more rocks because he didn't order enough to finish the job and we're paying separate quarry/delivery fees to finish. We're higher at a higher rate to finish a partial job. We've got to figure out how match the partial sod because he didn't put down enough to finish the job and wouldn't return calls to tell us what's type is already down.

So we're in the process of suing, have filed a BBB complaint and are warning all honest, hardworking people. We always pay on time and what we agreed on. There are plenty of headaches enough already in this line of work without having to watch for thieves. Be warned.
