From the time we walked on to the lot, to the end of our purchase of a 2017 Nissan Murano, David Lewis, our sales person, went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. The facility is warm and welcoming and we felt like we became part of a family.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE! I warn you. Service department commit down right fraud. Took vehicle in for service and they tried to charge me for something that was already included in my service. Service rep later realized his mistake, but later called me that they cracked my radiator and needed to be replaced. They charged me for a new one. They quoted me a price on hoses, and insisted it was 3 hoses that needed to be replaced. I was charged and third hose was never replaced. I picked up vehicle and a pair of clamps was still attached to a hose pinching the hose so no fluid come flow. I now noticed that i have a leak in my power steering line, which WAS NOT there previously. Was told by other service rep that it didn't need to be replaced. I brought this to the attention of their service manager LONNY J. ULIBARRI (480) 461-4361, and he ignored my calls. I finally spoke to him and he did not care about the service i recieved. He said he would call me back to resolve this issue, and he never called.



You would think you could trust a dealership for your service, but not POWER NISSAN.

This dealership is fast to sell but not fast on any service related issues. They sold us two brand new units one was missing a sun visor. We were told to just come in the next day and they would quickly pop one one in for us. They gave us an IOU for the visor. When we called about the part we were told to order it ourselves. 3 weeks later we still cant get the visor. The vin on the 2008 Titan was switched and NO ONE there will make the sale right, no one will get the stock, standard visor for us and no one will return a phone call. This was a deal with two brand new units, they profited from this deal and are now non responsive to even the smallest question.

Do not buy a used car here.
