I had a leaky roof that I needed to get repaired. To repair the leak, the heat pump (roof mounted) needed to be moved. Jeff came out the same day and was excellent in communicating what needed to be done. He even coordinated with the roofing company to make sure the timing and work scope was in alignment with them. He did an excellent job! I really appreciate how he just "handled" the situation and coordinated with the roofing company. Jeff is a hard-working, honest person in a world where that's sometimes hard to find. I highly recommend him!
