During my visit, I was disappointed with the overall quality and level of service provided by the staff. The representative that I personally encountered with seemed to radiate an aura of xenophobia and was evidently unprepared and reluctant to serve me, being an international visitor. I hope future patrons would not be on the receiving end of a similar hostile encounter. The experience was certainly a blemish during my memorable time in the USA insofar

The two staff members with whom I've talked--3 years ago and last year--were great at explaining the specifics of filing for social security and how they related to my particular circumstances. They were totally informative and helpful. We're so fortunate to have a SS office in our community.
