Luther Falls Kitchen & Bath of Champaign

I read all of the reviews and it seemed a bit strange that they were so diverse. I have now used them several times and loved every time we've used them. We love the new showroom.

Luther Falls custom Kitchens Did a wonderful job on my bathroom remodel. I was able to go there and pick my cabinet door and then use it to pick my countertop piece to match. I then used both to pick my tile. It looks amazing. There was a little wait on the cabinet, but other than that everything was perfect.

Luther Falls Put my new counter tops in yesterday. I am so excited, they are gorgeous!!! It was such a neat experience to go to there shop and be able to see the huge slabs in person, and watch the big saws cutting!!! They are so knowledgeable and kind!!! The install crew was so professional. Thanks Luther Falls, I will see you when I redo my bathroom!!!

Homeowners beware!!!!! I would give Luther Falls a "0" or below if possible. They lie, do shoddy work, and bully senior citizens! The owner used profanity and attempted to intimidate my 71 year old mother when she called to inquire about a crack in the granite they had just installed in our kitchen. We made the mistake of not reading the reviews before contracting with this company. If we had, we would have looked elsewhere. Now we are left with a poorly installed granite counter top.

I used to work with the owners wife and she was a very pleasant co-worker. Of course I thought of using a local company when ready to upgrade my bathrooms and Luther Falls was my second stop (my contractor was pushing a big box store so I went there first to appease him). My Initial experience was nothing exceptional, but since I was just wanting remnants, I knew I was small potatoes. It was when I provided them with my contractors measurements and specs that I experienced the WORST customer service EVER. the ONLY way they will do business with you is if your remodel work is done EXCEPT the countertops, which is when they will do their own measurements. They will then come to your house and miraculously measure to the EXACT same measurements you already had. And if you have decided that being without a sink in both your bathrooms for 7-10 days while they cut a hunk off a remnant is just too long, and only have one bathroom ready for them to measure, they will call you a liar and accuse you of tricking them while standing IN YOUR HOME.



I felt unsafe, threatened and bullied. I am still completely confused as to how I lied or tricked them, but I'm not losing sleep over it. I found the exact same granite through a wonderful company and it ended up being $50 LESS. It was an 80 minute drive south and totally worth it. DO NOT GO TO LUTHER FALLS. Let some other sucker help them pay for their $70,000 SUV's. Didn't they declare bankruptcy just a few short years ago?
