Catch-Up Logistics

I went on an interview and the owner talked non-stop about things NOT related to the job (he was a mess). The manager, Kris, was not friendly and this was acknowledged by another management employee, named Dave, that they brought down from Philly, PA. Dave not only flirted the entire interview but also made fun of other applicants and disclosed personal information from one person's application (person had 3 DUI's and he said they would not get the job). During the interview they reiterated several times how they had big visions for the company, however, were not sure if it would be a success. Not a good feeling when looking for a stable job. They would not return messages 2 weeks later. 2 interviews and they couldn't be considerate enough to call. I left a msg for the owner with no return call. Very rude and unprofessional staff. I'm no longer interested in working for a company that operates this way.
