I HAVE A COOK AND IT WAS MY FIRST VISIT AND IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY COULD NOT GIVE YOU A TIME AT ALL AS WHEN TO COME AND PICK UP YOUR DOG THEY POOP EVERYWHERE IT SMELL AND THEY WERE EATING ON TOP OF ALL THAT MY DOGS WAS SUPPOSED TO GET BATH IT HAD FLEAS ON IT CUTS AND BRUSING IT IS VERY NASTY IN THERE.

I have a golden and asked for a bath and a brush since she's shedding. First they wouldn't tell me when the dog would be ready, just wait for a call. After four hours, I called for an update and they still couldn't tell me how much longer, just keep waiting for a call. When asked how late are you open, no answer, just till we get done. When the animal was picked up they told me there was an additional fee for mats, which was fine but when I got home I noticed that there were tuffs of under coat that hadn't been brushed out and still mats in her fur. When I made the appointment they told me that toe nails were included in the price but that hadn't been done either. Very sloppy work and unprofessional.
