Astrobrite Carpet Cleaning

I just wanted to let you know Steve did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He was on time and explained everything. He got up almost every stain and made it smell as good as it looks. This carpet cleaning service was a waste of time and money. The carpets look much worse after cleaning than before. Save your money. When I called and complained to the manager, he claimed, "you are lucky my nephew cleaned your dirty carpets". AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have hired many well-known carpet cleaning companies in the past and have not been satisfied by the results. I thought I would give Astrobrite a try after I read the reviews and compared the pricing with other companies. My carpet looked similar to his before and after photos on his webpage. The results were terrific and I would highly recommend Astrobrite Cleaning and plan on using them again in the future.
