Claudio Alvarez Construction is a wonderful company and has such integrity!!! I had my pipes break and water damage in 3 rooms of my house. They took care of everything!!! I didn’t need to worry. Then, 4 months later, I had smoke damage!! Claudio Alvarez Construction fixed that too and I could trust that everything was done well!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I had a flood in my basement and they were very helpful during a super difficult time. The flood happened on a weekend and we didn't know where to turn. Good thing we had met the owners of this company at a local event and really liked them. They came right out and took care of us and dealt with the insurance company as well. Working with the entire team was a delight. I would highly recommend Claudio Alvarez Restoration when you need unexpected help...they're the ones.

I had a water damage in my home due to a broken pipe in our kitchen. Claudio Alvarez construction got right on site and proceeded to deal with our insurance company to let them know what was going on and what the damages entailed. They got our home dry and were able to minimize the damage before we had any mold or mildew. It wasn't a huge job but the majority of the work was in our kitchen which was a big deal to my wife. My wife and I didn't want to be out of our home while repairs took place, so Jack and Colt talked with our insurance company and got approval to provide a temp kitchen setup so we could have a sink and range to cook on and not have to leave our home. Service was great and all the workers were professional and knew what they were doing. I will be using them and telling friends about Claudio Alvarez construction on any future projects.

Unscrupulous and untrustworthy practices. Smooth representatives, much like dealing with used car salesmen. Workers damaged my tiled roof, which was proven and verified by one of their reps and independent insurance adjuster. Alvarez construction was liable for the damage and replacing broken tiles. No communication from them after they were paid by the ins. company. Never received replacement tiles.
Beware of these smooth operators. They may seem cordial and helpful but may do more damage and run up repair costs with a smile!
