Lauren was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable about the car. The whole process took 5 hours which was pretty long. During this period we were mostly in the dark about why it was taking so long. Only after we asked did we find out the reason(s) for the hold-up.

It was a bit chaotic when I arrived in the morning. I chose the wrong line and the line next to me was moving faster but I was worried I wouldn't get helped in order so I had to go inside to make sure I was helped. After that, the service was done quickly and done well. The only thing is that the past couple times I've come in for the Free For Life, they don't automatically do all of the things that come with it (cleaning, tire rotation, tire fillup). I have to special request to get any work done on the tires. The last time I came in, I asked about tire rotation but they did not fill up the tires. This time, I asked to have the tires filled but they did not do the rotation (which is fine because I was informed last time that the worn tires are where they should be). Service was definitely very friendly this time and my car got done quicker than expected!

Kurt was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. The car I purchased needed new tires. A man named Ralph insisted that the tires were fine and would pass the safety inspection. Thank goodness the service department had more sense than Ralph, and they did the right thing by putting new tires on the vehicle.
