The work done was ok. They took awhile to do it but it was a good job. They over billed by 30 minutes turns out they charge for travel time to the job site even when you are in the same town. Then they charged me over $18 for mileage for the lowe's run (i was home and offered to go but he told me it was included). then they charged me a higher price than i thought it should be for materials for the one outlet install The guy on the phone was very rude.he said I was trying to "nickel and dime them" I had already sent them a check that they cashed for the parts of the bill i agreed with. when i asked for the itemized cost of the materials he told me that if i wanted him to figure that out I would have to pay for his time to do that (shouldn't they already be figured out if they billed me for them??) $90/hr for electrician and $55/hr for handyman, they dont need to rip customers off on supplies.
