I had very high expectations after reading positive reviews, but the work was mediocre at best. There were 4 rooms to be worked on, I supplied all materials except for whatever hardware they needed for which I reimbursed them. The master bath walls were covered with grout from the new floor to the point the wainscoting and walls had to be repainted and the new paint could been done better by my 13 year old. Big long drips, paint that doesn't reach the trim, etc. Kitchen a mess. Cabinets needed to be cut off about 2", but in some cases they left a strip of wood, others cut all the way to the wall and in still other places they actually cut to the wall and then dug out the wood leaving a hole. The grout at the kitchen sink is unforgiveably bad. The laundry room - so bad. Installed new cabinets and counter top piece but did not glue or connect top to cabinets. Did not grout flooring under cabinet where toilet used to be so room always smells like sewer. Owner, Ken, is a nice guy but he doesn't know how to manage his schedule or his crews. When he left two of them at my home for 3 out of 5 weekdays, they mostly sat in the garage eating (they brought their own microwave) and listened to Celtic music. When they were in the house, they were messing up the floors and walls. I interviewed a half dozen people for this job, all had great reviews. Going forward, I'm going to have to start checking references and the BBB.
