Misrepresented work to be done. Never provided a complete contact. Used old materials in insulation and padding. Overcharged on worked performed. Total scam.

Horrible customer service and in my opinion a rip off. Feel they took advantage knowing I was not at the home.

Had soaked carpet from plumbing issue-called Cleen X was told he had someone in the area and would check if they were still there and if not he would go himself and take care off, but would call me back once he knew, I informed him I was not at the house. Did not call me back and did not have a chance to discuss price. Next thing I knew received a call from my son that they were at the house working and wanted to know if I wanted the carpet ripped up. Never discussed price nor as I repeat contacted me back. Charged 1,800.00 for approx 1 hour time and all they did was lift the carpet and leave fans. The carpet was still soaking wet when I got home later that evening. So it doesn't appear they tried to suck up the water. Now has a bad oder. When I spoke with Dustin about the fee and the way it was handled- in my opinion he was very rude and lied and acted like it was a big joke. They wouldnt discuss a come back appt to fix the carpet with my mom because she is not the owner, but they justify having my son sign paperwork even tho he is not the owner.
