Strick's LP Gas

Ordered 2 weeks ago...still no delivery! Advised our order was on the truck but never delivered as promised. Asked if it was coming the next day....said I dont think so we have our routes already made and would have to reschedule....poor poor service.....I switched

I had terrible service when I called in for a service call, but I still kept their tanks and gas for the first year. When I went to re-order the gas and tanks for a second year, again I received horrible customer service and quite honestly, and incredibly nasty attitude. We did not use all of the gas that second year, so two years later I received a "tank rental" bill. I called in and said that was fine, I will pay the balance, but we will no longer need your service. Stricks did come and remove the tanks, and IMMEDIATELY sent my bill to collections. They didn't even give me a chance to pay the bill I received. I have never experienced service like this. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
