The first thing I would like to say is that the owner is a very friendly person however you can be friendly and nice and still over charge and make a customer feel ripped off. I chose this company because I had previously been ripped off by 2 other service companies. I was given an estimate between 1500 and 1800 to clean and work on my air handler. Instead the bill ended up being $2300 I guess I was the stupid one as I was so honest to tell him I had been taken by 2 other service companies. I guess that gave him the idea he could do it also. I am also at fault for not requesting more estimates. His personality is what got me I guess. Regardless I had the services done in April and here it is August and my system sounds like it is going to blow up. He told me nothing regarding a warranty with his company and I failed to ask as well. Once my estimate went up $800 I just wanted to get him out of my home. I am a ill senior and this was a very expensive repair for me. Regardless of his personality I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was even charged extra labor when the company downtown gave him the wrong parts and he had to return there to get the right items. I felt that was very poor of him and not professional at all. I had to call him back as something was wrong and I could here him on the cell phone talking to his secretary about how much he should charge me as it took him longer to fix the problem he did not realize when he was here the first time. I feel very disappointed in the price that I was charged as for a little more with another company I could have got a entire new unit. I would not recommend this company.
